After a devastating plane crash that took the life of singer, Jenni Rivera, last Sunday in Mexico, a couple of cops are now under investigation.

According to TMZ, two police officers were arrested in Mexico for stealing items from the late star's plane crash site.

It has been reported that at least one of the cops is suspected of leaking crash scene photographs to the media (including shots of body parts and personal documents). Officials also report that investigators have searched the homes of the "crooked cops" and found items belonging to some of the victims involved in the crash.

An article from ABC Local indicates Mexico's top transportation offical said, "The plane carrying Rivera and six other passengers, plunged almost vertically from more than 28,000 feet, hitting the ground in a nose-dive at a speed that could have possibly exceeded 600 miles per hour".

Rivera was only 43-years-old.
